Thank you Dana, i've even prepared myself exercise wise, I joined the Y back in January and just recently have upped my workouts and surprised myself and did 15 minutes on the eliptical!!! I was in shock to say the least!!! The fitness instructor that set up me up on the weight machines told me it was better to stay off the treadmill till I lost some weight so that I didn't hurt my knees and I tell ya the eliptical is so much easier on the knees!!! As soon as Jeff gets up we are going to get ready and go work out, I'm so glad that they have child care there and my kids love it!!!!!
