WOW! What a chilly morning we have today. I was all snug under my blankets when the snooze went off for the 2nd time (UGH!).

It's a misty rain falling here (which I absolutely LOVE) and it makes me take a day to reflect and relax. I've been pushing myself quite hard lately and I think its a good sign I need to rest some. I've been walking every day sometimes twice a day getting in 5 miles plus. I really enjoy it and my body loves it. Today I am cleaning house and spending time catching up on emails and friends and such. Been packed with things and physically my body is telling me to give it a break.

I put 1.23 miles on so far at the office but I'm leaving in an hour to go to ODU to watch my BFF's son graduate. I'm so psyched. I'll get some walking in then too! Other than that, good exercising will have to wait until this weekend. We're gonna go watch some Beach Volleyball on 9th Street on Saturday, maybe some of you would like to go walking?!!?!?!?
