OT: Prayers for my friend

Hi everyone I want to ask for prayers for my friend and her hubby.  She is my neighbor and I have known her and her husband over a year.  When I first moved her, they were one of the first people to welcome me to the neighborhood by fixing us a casserole.  Her hubby found out he had renal cancer, and august 2006 they took out one of his kidneys and thought everything was going to be ok.  However, they found a spot on his lung and it turned out to be cancer too..after that everything went downhill and the doctors found that the cancer was in his blood stream, then it started spreading to the outside around his nose.  They started him on chemotherapy and the place on his nose was slowly going down.  However, this past Monday he couldnt breathe well, so he was rushed to the hospital.  They thought he had pneumonia but further tests showed he had a collapsed lung and his only kidney is now failing on him.  The doctors said it was a matter of time, although they couldnt say how long, they said it could be a week, a month or a year.  I feel so bad for my friend that she is going through this, and for her hubby knowing he is going to die.  I dare not show my feelings to her, I am being strong for her.  I cannot imagine the pain she is feeling and it just saddens me to no end.  Please say prayers for her for strength and for her hubby too...please hugs

Good am Judy, I will definitely say prayers for them both. Although its a trying time know that God is with them every step of the way. Keep being the wonderful friend you've been to them and supportive. Just being there is something they will cherish always. Give it to God...
