OT...Schools out

School is out!!!!! I am a Va Beach school bus driver so I am doing the happy dance today.I am going camping next week, then July 2nd the kids and I are off to Colorado for a m onth. This summer is gonna rock!!!!!!!!

That's terrific~! I've never been to Colorado - what are you going to do out there? I am glad you are going to get away from some of the frustration you are facing here lately - a change of scenery will do you a world of good. My parents have a whole list of stuff to do. I know for sure we are going to Garden of the Gods. It's natural rock formations and things. Other than that not sure what's in store for us.

Corinn... I thought about you yesterday, thinking it's your last day for a while!  Yay!  Exhale. Where are you going camping?   At Azteca last month, you were all the way down the other end, but I was telling  Jill that my family camps, too.  We've been going to Cherrystone every year since  the 70's - when there was just 25 sites and a port a potty and it was 13 dollars a day! Have fun camping!  I know youll get some relaxing done! Jill - I;ve been meaning to ask you about that other place you told me about at Azteca where you camp - I think you said that it was a little west?  I remember you saying that it was a resort-type place and they had a website - what was the name again?  I wanna look! feeling good! getting in the majority of my water, do ing a bit of walking. Got my first good nights sleep last night too!

We are camping at Chicohominy River front park. We are going for 5 days. I am so stoked. I already started packing my Durango. Take care Joy.

oh my gosh, i drive a school bus too. I am so glad we are done this year, girl we both deserve a break. Only another busdriver understands  why we love that last day of school!!!!!!!

this was my first year. i love the hours and the fact that i'm home when the kids are. but  to being done for the summer. i hope you have a great summer.
