Did You Move Today? Monday June 18th
Well....it's gonna be a HOT one today! Make sure you drink plenty of water and be careful. When the temps start climbing to the 90's it is suggested that you either walk in the morning or in the later evening, or move your workout to the indoors. So....what are YOU doing to move today? Me? It's my running day. So, I will be runningindoors on the treadmill. Plan to do 4 miles as I am in training mode again. Have a GREAT one!

last night i did 4 miles at the oceanfront and tonight i plan to head back down there to put in some extra mileage...i am so close to running...i could feel it last night! i was walking so fast that a little faster and i'd be running...i would like to do the rock n roll half marathon next year so i need to get to the running!
