Did You Move Today? Monday June 18th

Well....it's gonna be a HOT one today!  Make sure you drink plenty of water and be careful.  When the temps start climbing to the 90's it is suggested that you either walk in the morning or in the later evening, or move your workout to the indoors.   So....what are YOU doing to move today?  Me?  It's my running day.  So, I will be runningindoors on the treadmill.  Plan to do 4 miles as I am in training mode again. Have a GREAT one!

Good am Jill, I'm stoked as its the first full week Kayla is home with us so we will for sure make the best of the earlier hours in the day and then be inside for the hotsie totsie hours later in the day. We will most likely walk some today and do the yard deal.  Have a good day!

It's already getting hot out there! I just came back from a 1/2 mile walk.  The plants have been watered, birdbath and birdfeeder filled.  Now it's time to get some work done inside! Keep cool and hydrated.

Did my 1.7 miles early this morning (and in record time ) so that I'd be done before it got too hot.  Today's my first day back to work post-op (half day) - and then I'm taking the neices to see Shrek III...and I'll be sipping all through the movie.  Have a great day! Chele

I did 2 classes at the gym today, body pump and spinning. The classes were back to back and the air conditioner was not working. I'm off this week so I will kick it up a notch. Thanks for inspiring us. Raven

last night i did 4 miles at the oceanfront and tonight i plan to head back down there to put in some extra mileage...i am so close to running...i could feel it last night!  i was walking so fast that a little faster and i'd be running...i would like to do the rock n roll half marathon next year so i need to get to the running!
