Vitamin D

I have been searching for a chewable Vit D.  Anyone out there know of one and where it can be purchased? Thanks!

Hi Shelly  ~~   So good to hear from you.  Might I start by saying you are looking gooood !   Long story on how my plastics went is all in my profile.  I had TT anchor incision with a wonderful result--coulda bounced a quarter off my flat belly--- but unfortunately I had some complications (readmitted with a PE and then while inpatient they discovered another life threatening issue) The vertical incision had to be reopened during emergency surgery.  A year later the end result is a horrible scar and my abdominal muscles are not as they were immediately after my TT.  However I am still rid of the excess skin from my abdomen that Dr Hersch (Portsmouth Naval) removed and very grateful to still be around.   LIFE IS GOOD!

Cindy, I do the mini-capsules Dry Vitamin D from Vitamin Shoppe.  They are inexpensive and very small.  Would those work for you? Kathy

Hi Kathy  ~~   I normally shop at Vit Shoppe but have not seen Vit  D in that form.  Next time I go I will ask for it.   Thanks so much for the suggestion.

I purchased the dry vit from bariatric advantage. You just open it up and put it in apple sauce. Vitamin Shoppe has some chewable but its in the wrong form, at least that is what my doc told me.

Monica ~~ Thanks for the suggestion---I need to recheck with my Nutritionist  as to what "form" she recommends.
