Girl look where you were and where you are now!!!!! you have done great. I am so proud of you. You might have gain 7 but you lost in inches and that is your bodies way of saying take it easy and you will start to lose again when I am ready for you too. We all need to listen to our bodies and it will let us know what to do and what not to do. I know where you are coming from I went down to 195 than went back to 230 and staying right there and they are trying to get my throid back to where it should be so that I can start to lose again. I need to just be patient.I have not had the surgery but with being with Kittykat and my husband I know what goes on with the weightloss. Kat is helping me and maybe I will get down to where I should be. I want to get to 135 and I will make it some how. Good luck and take it easy and you will get where you want to be too.

I started at close to 400 (370 was my highest weight), and am lingering in the high/mid 220s.  I know your frustration about just wanting to be below that magic number and have your weight begin with a 1.

Hang in there...celebrate how far you have come and keep doing the basics.  If you have other medical issues that are slowing or making your weight loss difficult, cut yourself some slack, but don't give up.  You can reach your goals!!

You have come so far!  Be proud!  And let me tell you...those meds can be wicked!  The doc at the urgent care gave me some prednisone for allergies (i know that is often used for back pain too) and in 2 days I gained 5 pounds!  I got right off of those suckers!  There are too many medications out there that you can take that will work and not cause you to gain weight...if your doc isn't willing to find one for ya then you need a new doc.  That's the one thing about my doc (my PCP and my OB/GYN) they will never give me something to sabbotage the work that I have done.  Lucky for me I got caring doctors and didnt have to make demands but sometimes you have to do it the hard way.  I have had horrible problems with my back (severe RA) and take meds regularly but nothing that will cause me to gain weight.  Good luck and be proud of what you have done! Hugs Christine

Well I know Leilani started at above 400 and is below 200......she is looking great! You have done very well - start to look at your eating habits and see if maybe there are a few too many bad habits creeping back in - too many carbs, not drinking enough or drinking a bit with meals etc   You could try just going back to the basics for a week or so and see if that will kick start your weight loss - also with exercise - you need to change your routine a bit otherwise your body gets used to it - you need to fool your body a bit....
