Did You Move Today? Sunday June 24th
Morning Everyone................
Looks like a kinda, sorta, nice day in front of us. Watch out for the occasional thunderstorm that "may" come up (and fizzle out before it even gets here).
Temps looks to be a bit warmer than yesterday, so make sure that you get in all of your fluids today.
So....what are YOU going to do to move today????
Me? I'm hitting the pavement. I was SO unmotivated this week (heat and TOM), so my workouts were really cr*ppy. But, I feel pretty good today, not real tired, etc. And I have another 5K that I'm running in less then a month and I want to improve my time (even though I had a really good time for my 1st one).
I will also workout on my Total Body Gym and do some stretching - my body feels compressed.
Anyways.....have a GREAT day!

So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
I have actually had a good week for workouts in as much as I am getting onto the gym around 6am or 6.30am and working out then dong some more workouts in my home gym when I get the chance. This woman's challenge has really made me conscious of working out every day instead of 3 or 4 days a week like I used to. So my gym workout is over for today but I will be spending time running around and playing football with my son this afternoon.
Also I got myself a trikke after I heard that it is good exercise for the muscles - of course it is still sitting in the box until my husband - who is away playing in the woods wth some buddies this weekend - comes home and puts it together for me. Hope it does what it says it does - if not it looks fun anyway....
It is a great day for exercise today - not too hot - so far - maybe I will also go out on my bike later....
