We did have a blast. I can't believe what losing weight has done for me. My energy level is higher than I can ever remember. I want to do more than be a bump on a log. Thanx Missy. I can hardly wait to hear about your progress and see you change.

It's amazing how much more I want to do now. When we were camping I put up and broke down most of the stuff. 6 months ago I would have gotten a chair out and told my kids to help their dad. This time they got to be kids and run around while I did most of it. It was awesome.

It is freedom from obesity. Thanx for that prospective on it. I was just thinking relaxation time. But I am free. Free from a body that held me back. I had a blast. Next week I'm off to Colorado to see my parents and all the sites around Colorado Springs. I am soooo looking forward to it. Have a great summer.

Hey Jen, how are you feeling? Getting your liquids in? Walking? Just think next summer you will be strutting around in a bikini.

Personally I will NEVER wear one of those. I am too modest. I can hardly wait to see you this weekend.

No bikini here either! I feel good, getting in my liquids and walking.Getting in the protein even though it's still the soft mushy stuff . The scale keeps dropping so I guess I'm doing OK! See you Saturday! Jen
