My Greatest WOW Moment....

Good Morning Everyone, Yesterday my husband and I took the twins to the zoo. For the ones that are familular (sp) with the zoo here in DC it has a lot of hills and a whole lot of walking, God it was a lot of hills.  Well 10 years ago I would not have been able to walk around the zoo at all. Yesterday, I walked around the zoo strolling the girls in the stroller and was not tired, I did not stop for rest and we parked about 4 blocks from the zoo and still was not tired when we got back to the car. I am so happy that I could cry. Day before yesterday I walked 2.15 miles OMG!!!! I feel great....  Since the twins are only 23 months it wasn't as exciting to them but I was really overjoyed. Just wanted to share Montego

Good am Mo, That is WONDERFUL! It feels great to be so involved in everything eh? I LOVE my buggas walking with me. They really are my nature babies (thankfully) and we love to walk everywhere. I still take the stroller for Nora but really she loves to run! Keep up the good walks girl! 

I am just so happy that I can now run after them and with them and still have energy. Thanks Kat Mo

Thanks Jill, My twins were born premature at 24 weeks. My goal is to be able to do the March of Dimes walk. I am thinking  sometime this year. Mo

Thanks Robin, I know the smaller clothes are a added bonus. I bought a pair of shorts a couple of weeks ago, I put them on yesterday to wear to the zoo and they were to big. I am just so happy. You are doing Good yourself running over 2 miles that is real good. I am planning to start running soon. Thanks again Montego
