NEVER GOING BACK TO MY PLASTIC SURGEONS OFFICE

shelly the plastic surgeon having a brother that is a lawyer doesn't mean crap. i hope you saw on the news today that judge that took the couple that owned the cleaners he went to that lost his pants and he sued them for 54 mil and lost thank God! so don't let the fact that your drs brother is a lawyer sway you from protecting yourself and others from someone blabbing about private personal information entrusted to their care. that's wrong anyway you look at it. i'm sorry you have to endure such nonsense.

civil action may be involved in my case the more ive been talking with some people. im not a peice of trash and i wont be treated as such. oh i dont care if his brother is the pope at this point. i havent known such blabber mouths since i was in high school seriously. im so glad i do not have to go back to that office again, what a relief. its not even about money, im not about material things, its about my character and what was said about me and personel medical info that came from one place. thanks for the support!

Shellypoe Im real sorry to here this and Im a lil belittled as to who is on here taking advantage of our people and making such trouble. Personally Id be reporting her to whom you need to to eliminate anymore of this happining to others. This is totally childish and unethical she/he should be fired from there position if there reporting others medical records to others, know your supported here by friends and Im sorry to here this again.

Hi Shelley,   So sorry to hear what has happened to you as well as the other lady on here previously.  I am very familiar with the medical field and know that EVERY employee in the medical field has to (it is a federal requirement now) sign a confidentiality agreement as per HIPPA regulations.  They can lose their job and you should take the advice that was given to you on here and seek legal counsel to see what you can do.  That is horrible and no one deserves to have their personal information talked about, especially when it is supposed to be confidential.  We are here for you in whatever way you need us.
