So...what are YOU doing to move today? Me? Well, I'm a bit sore from my workout yesterday with the trainer, but I plan to hit the treadmill and run 4 miles. Feel the need to stretch my legs!

I tried out a higher level Billy Blanks DVD this am. Whew - what a workout! i am trying to break this plateau that I have been on for about a week now. I thought stepping up my exercise regimine again might just do the trick. My legs were still a little stiff from yesterday's 2.5 miles run on the treadmill, but I made it through.

I'm going to attempt to walk at lunch if the humidity doesn't kill me. I've got my ped today so I really want to see how many steps I'm getting in with this walk. I have a Toastmasters Dinner Meeting tonight so I don't want to get all funky in my work clothes because I can't change before the meeting. I have to wor****il 5:30 and if everyone were gone I'd do my own workout (do some stretching, jumpjacks, situps, etc.) in here. Maybe I'll "excuse" myself to the big bathrooms in the back and go in there and workout for a bit, hehehe! That's terrible.
