Update - Now Back on Track Director
I wanted to let you all know , that I am working with an outside consulting firm and have taken a volunteer position as the Maryland Back on Track Director for this company .
My goals will be to work with support groups in the Va and Maryland area , assisting those that are having trouble getting to goal ... or struggling to maintain .
I will also be working to form a task group to work with pre-ops and newly post ops as a means of communication . Let's say we have a pre-op who goes into the hospital for surgery , she will be paired with someone in her area that will be responcible for updating her group and taking her gift baskets to get started ...
There will also be a phone tree set up with in the support groups where everyone has a means to talk to someone that is struggling .
If you are interested in joining me in this adventure , please let me know . I will need the number of your support group attendance ... and what your Mission is with your group .. and you must be able to tell me where you see your group going .. and your hopes for the future with your group .
I look forward to helping you all .. and assisting you in any way possible . This has been a long time coming ... and I am so proud to do this for you all .
