Can we get some Ideas
Since I dont seem to be the only one having some food issues here maybe some of you wonderful people on here could list us just a daily menu in your days. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, an snacks. I along with the rest will conquer these evils in our lives and get back on the track w/ good foods an ideas. I know Id appriciate it as well as Im sure others will to.
Myself Breakfast, is usually a 1/2 cup of some ceral w/ 1/4 cup milk and cup of decaf. tea, sometimes fruit if I have. Lunch is whatever I have maybe a turkey an cheese sandwhich w/ crust cut off I hate the crust Usually (wheat) I use popcorn as a snack food, then I have lowfat yougurt usually blueberry, or peach dinner is something grilled chicken steak baked potato w/ sour cream, no butter corn on the cob saladsw/ meat I eat shirmp once a week. And Im now up to 3 16oz bottels of water, gonna shoot for 4 tom. these are just some ideas i do. Maybe I will learn from a variety , since Im so picky :(

I too am experiencing problems with eating. I agree that we should assist each other, so with that being said, let's start a post that says, ", Whatcha Eating Today".Journaling our meals will keep us focused and we can see if we are overeating.
I want 30 additional pounds off and it will happen.

See my response in the next post for my food ideas, I prefer to use whole grain white bread, it isn't as heavy as the wheat. When I do popcorn, I use the snack size bags so I don't over do it. The only other thing is be careful with the corn. Corn doesn't digest very well and it is a starchy carb veggie.
