Whatcha Eating Today
My day was kind of quirky today as I was in ther gym by 6am
SO 5.30am all my vits for the morning
8am a banana after the gym
10am - breakfast turkey bacon, cheese on half a muffin - (I so love to eat that!)
1 pm lunch - snack size cottage cheese with snack size yogurt, 1/2 a protein bar
Snack - slim jim
Dinner - vegieburger, 1 spoonful each of steamed broccoli and cauliflower
2 SF caramels candies
So far I am as ful as a tick!!
Added to all of the 75g protein in 3 vials - 1 vial per meal as they do not fill you up like shakes - can't stomach shakes..... plus 80g water so far....
