Planning your meals will make you accountable about you you will eat. So for me today it will be: Turkey bacon w/egg white/feta cheese Lunch- chopped salad w/honey balsamic dressing Dinner-brown rice w/grilled chicken 2 protein drinks/carrots/p-nuts

AM: coffee, protein drink Breakfast : 1/2 slice toast with peanut butter Lunch: tuna salad snack 1/2 protein drink dinner:grilled chicken, mashed carrots snack other 1/2 of protein drink

My day was kind of quirky today as I was in ther gym by 6am SO 5.30am all my vits for the morning 8am a banana after the gym 10am - breakfast  turkey bacon, cheese on half a muffin -  (I so love to eat that!) 1 pm lunch - snack size cottage cheese with snack size yogurt, 1/2 a protein bar Snack - slim jim Dinner - vegieburger, 1  spoonful each of steamed broccoli and cauliflower 2 SF caramels candies So far I am as ful as a tick!! Added to all of the 75g protein in 3 vials  - 1 vial per meal as they do not fill you up like shakes - can't stomach shakes..... plus 80g water so far.... Jackie
