Whatcha Eating Today
I too did not feel so well today..not with the pouch tho,just allot of pain in my lower right abdomen.So here's what I got in.
Protein shake
2 cups of coffee
tuna salad and 4 crackers
peanut butter crackers
beef stroganoff for dinner..(I had a few bites is all)
more peanut butter crackers (seemed to be the only thing agreeing with me today)
I am sitting at a little of 40oz of water hoping to have it all in by bed time.

For breakfast - I had 2 slices of tukey bacon, some melted cheese on 1/2 whole grain mufin
Snack - protein bar
Lunch - turkey mixed with some mayo with tomato and lettuce salad
for dinner I plan to have small bbq'd pork chop with green beans and part of a baked sweet potato
If I need a snack I will have some sf caramel pudding with cream
In addition I have had 50g protein but plan to have 25g more with dinner
Also for exercise I have been to the gym, played football and exercised on my Trikke - we think the trikke is such fun that I have ordered one for Bill and a children's one for my son for his birthday in October/...
And drinking lots of water!
