Yeah my pictures are up. But keep in mind, these are the before pics :-) the after pics will wow you !!! So move over - I need my spot on the loosers bench :-)

HW: 283... VSG SW: 244 .. got down to 170 -- now at 193 and "back on track" ....GW: 155
