Monday- Whatcha Eating Today

Pre-breakfast-coffee w/sugar free french vanilla creamer Protein shake caribbean cooler before workout Breakfast-wholewheat double fiber toast/sugar free strawberry jam/egg/1strip of turkey bacon Lunch-spinach w/tomato basil feta cheese/1 oz. grilled chicken/light raspberry viniagrette dressing Snack- baby carrots/bay of revival soy chips bbq flavored Dinner- grilled country style ribs/spinach another protein shake if I feel the urge to eat again

wow You don't eat much lol! Protein bar after 6am workout at gym Breakfast - banana oatmeal (healthy one)with 1/2 boiled egg - it was a full one but I took it out too soon and last most of the yolk.... still eating it... Lunch -  2 oz turkey, 1 ounce cheese and salad,  dinner - bbq pork chop (left over form last night) , steamed veg If I get hungry maybe an apple or pear Plus all vits, water etc throughout the day

Oh what a complement, I have been overeating,so I see that posting or journaling keeps me on track. My weight loss has stalled because I was way off track. I have recommitted myself to being successful in this journey. Jackie,when are we going to have a meet and greet in this area?

I have decided to eat a little less too - I read Dr Terry Simpson's book where he said measure everything, eat some but not until you are full - just be satisfied and walk away. So I am starting to practise this...... I am stalled too and want to lose about 6 more lbs......... I go to see a plastic surgeon on the 17th so I wanted to have lost it by then - probably not likely but I will give it my best shot.... We still have our support group meetings every third Wednesday but I have been thinking that maybe in September we should do something like that here. By then the majority of vacations will be over...... what do you think? Jackie

September sounds great as long as it is not the first Saturday. I have to attend a wedding in Florida on September 1st.

6 am Protein Shake w Vitamins and supplements .  Breakfast - Quiche made with Turkey sausage and onion  Snack-cottage cheese with fruit .., and nuts  Another Protein shake  Lunch - Salad with cheese , meat and some wheat crackers  Protein Tube  Dinner-Alan and I are going to Red Lobster for seafood !!!  Home for another snack-maybe popcorn,,, or sugar free walnut cake I found at Magruders  I normally snack during the day to keep my blood surgars up .. and most times it is cheese and crackers .. or cottage cheese and fruit .., so I eat a little different than most .

breakfast: Protein shake on the way to work                    boiled egg and turkey bacon snack:       whole grain club crackers                     Sun chips Lunch:      Walking for 30 minutes and a grilled chicken salad Snack:      protein Shake

Dinner:     turkey burger with no bun. snack:      100 calorie popcorn bedtime:  another shake

But I can usually shut her up wit' cookies!"~
