Wake-up coffee w/cream caramel-hazelnut, vitamins and water Before workout- caribbean cooler protein drink Breakfast- whole wheat toast/egg/turkey bacon Lunch- will be @Pancho Villa -fajita salad without the shell Dinner- grilled turkey bratwurst  w/onions and green peppers Snack- fiber1 granola bar oats/peanut butter/carrots/ Please repond so that others can get eating ideas.

Hey Raven, I will be gone on vaction so here it is for today. Breakfast,  1 boiled egg and a bowl 3/4 cup of cereal snack , sun chips and protein shake 35 grams lunch,  lean cuisine snack, protein shake Dinner not sure yet Have a Good Day!!!!

Okay here is my menu for today.   breakfast will be multi grain cheerios and a fresh peach lunch is a pbj (ran out of lunch meat) on whole grain white bread, some fresh cantalope & grapes, a few Sun chips (they are multigrain) dinner is some wheat pasta, with baked italian chicken, and zuchinni dish (zuchinni, tomato, onion, cheese) I've got some Dannon, light & fit yogurt if I want a snack.  :)

Hi Raven, Today I was in the gym by 6am so I had a protein bar after my work out and before breakfast...... Vitamins Breakfast at 10am - snack size fit n light yogurt with snack size cottage cheese Lunch will be pork and salad Dinner will be tilapia cooked  in onion and diced tomatoes, maybe some blueberries and whipped cream cream if I am still feeling hungry if I need a snack I will probably have a sf chocolate popsicle and I have already planned out tomorrow's menu too as I need to be prepared..... Breakfast - oatmeal and a boiled egg snack - string cheese and ham lunch/dinner  around 4pm as we have visitors for July 4th - chicken kebab and green bean casserole (made with far free mushroom soup)  Supper later in the evening - sugar free trifle  (made with SF angel cake, sf banana and vanilla jello, sf strawberry sauce, some sliced strawberries, sf cream topping. I got the recioe from this board and the whole family loves it!\ Happy 4th July everyone!
