Women's Challenge
Alright, Ladies, this is it. We've got today and tomorrow, let's pu**** out and get it completed. Please take the time to go over there and fill in anything you've left off. There is a bonus this week and its an easy one, just take a few minutes and get it done. Hopefully we'll be able to get as far as possible with just this week left. I'm very proud of you all, it was a great commitment and I don't plan to stop here. I'm going to keep wearing my pedometer and I'm going to keep walking 5 miles a day! I need to get these last 20/30 pounds off and its not going to happen on its own!
