Adding this....
Start your day with exercise ... you must move to lose ... Early morning exercise boost your motabolism for the day ... and if you still have enough energy in the evening .. go for brisk walk .
Make sure you keep your water levels up . At least 64 oz / or more . This will boost your motabolism .
PROTEIN - WATER - EXERCISE .. THIS WILL GIVE YOU WEIGHTLOSS .
Watch your calories and carbs .... try to avoid carbs all together for the first week ..
then add some non-starchy veggies ... but no potatoes ... corn ... etc ...
All I can add is .. if you want this bad enough .. you will work it .. and work it hard .. we are all pulling for you .. you can do this ... !!!!!

thanks ladies for you feedback.. i went and got some protein mix today for my protein shakes.. and thank you tinkerbella for "telling me like it is" i know i have it in me its just i have been having pity parties for myself which i know its not the right thing to do but i have .....just surgery seems to surreal to me so someone in my head im thinking "yea right your never going to get this surgery" BUT FROM THIS DAY ON IS MY NEW STARTING POINT I AM GOING TO BE A NEW PERSON AND IM GOING TO LOVE THE NEW HEALTHY BODY I HELPED MYSELF GET BECAUSE I LOVE MYSELF!!!!
THATS WHAT i AM TALKING ABOUT GURLFRIEND .. !!!
I tell people everyday .. you gotta love YOU first ...

thanks for all your help and the information you have given me.... i will definitly take it with me and thanks for the comment on the board about the protein shakes although the protein mix i have gotten tasted soooooooooo nasty i managed to get it down because i have to... maybe next time i will get some good stuff ...hopefully!
Try the Adkins diet or put yourself on low carbs and a liguid diet broths, soups, sugarfree jellos puddings, check out the Adkins and Southbeach they may help, but If it were me Id cut my foods and look at what your eating add fruits an veggies since it is summer time. Good luck and Im sure you will get better ideas and good luck to you on your second sleep study test just let them know to get you in ASAP that you have a surgery scheduled at the end of the month.
