Medical alert Bracelets

I know we should have, and i know this has been talked about before, but what should we have put on them??? TIA Missy

Mine has: Roux-en-y  Gastric Bypass Do not blindly  place NG tube. No NSAIDS Hypertention Call me paranoid but I am taking no chances and don't want some idiot touching me who doesn't know all of this! Plus I have Medic Alert so I have a number and a phone number they can call for all of my details.... Hope this helps Jackie
