I need to update my ticker - but I wanted to share the news this is major for me becasue I can't remember the last time I "lost weight" My Starting weight = 265 on 4/19/07 Pre-op (pre-op weight loss effort with those 2 protein drinks a day, etc) = 250 the morning of surgery 7/3/07 Todays weight = 245 that is 20 pounds gone since 20 April the day after I had my 1st consult with the Doc. at least another 100 to go :-) ......but for today I am jazzed

July 2007 = lap band ...Sept 2010: lap band removed....Dec 2010 VSG
HW: 283... VSG SW: 244 .. got down to 170 -- now at 193 and "back on track" ....GW: 155

Congrats! That's a great feeling. Wait till the end of the month and you've dropped 25-30 since surgery, that's a crazy feeling!!! Keep up the good work! We're all routing for ya,
