One of Joy's WOW moments...

LOL!  Hey thanks everyone! I swore that I wouldn't  buy new clothes til Im finished losing!  Everyone is just going have to deal with my loose/falling off clothes til then! One day I wore a kinda tight shirt and one of my girlfriends was surprised at how much smaller my frame is up top around my shoulders.  She was used to me wearing loose clothing - even when I was heavier.  So, when I actually wore something that fit right, she could see my loss. My 3 month appt. is on the 26th.  Im kinda looking forward to it because I haven't weighed myself in about 3 weeks.  Im thinking that Im at about 170/175 or so.  I tried on my daughters size 16 bikini...and it was good.   I appreciate your encouragement. :-)
