Another Joy WOW moment yesterday!

Not as funny as the last one, though! I went out yesterday looking for something to wear to the Josh Groban concert this Friday.  I can't wait!

Anyway, I went to Cato.  I was wearing my too-loose 22/24 comfortable skort. I tried on 20W.  Too big.  I tried on 18W. Too big.  I tried on 16W still a little too big. I tried the 14W on and I could wear it, but it was a little snug.  If I was a hootchie - I  prolly could have worn it out...lol.  My daughter said "hey Mom, you actually have a butt!" My daughter was with me and I heard the lady who works there say  "maybe she ought to try shopping on the "OTHER" side and pointed over to the Jrs.  section!  WHAT?!?  I had to go into the dressing room and compose myself for a minute. It has been such a long time since I've shopped in anything other than the PLUS stores or sections!  I ended up buying 14/16's....I'm 14 on top and about 16 on bottom and it's not even 3 months out for me yet! Again, thank God for WLS! In the word of Eeyore....thanks fer listenin... xo Joy :-) J

Way to go Joy!!!!  Keep it up.  Pretty soon you will be right over in those misses sizes just shopping shopping shopping. 

Hi ya Joy-  That is soooo cool!  My daughter told me the other day that my nightgown was too big on me and it was time for a new one! Enjoy Josh's concert... Courtney--I haven't been in Misses sizes in about 17 years. I forgot they made them!

How great is that. It seems to me that you need to do some more shopping. I hope you are getting rid of those 22/24's. This tool is the best thing that ever happened to me. I think you feel the same way. Can't wait to see you again.
