Dont forget tonight is Big Medicine 9:00 pm just a reminder alot of us forget it comes on so Ive been as to post the reminder. I'm having a great Monday. Thanks for asking. Had a consult with the nutritionist and got stars for everything except calorie intake. I have to EAT MORE even though I'm getting in all my protein. She wants me to get in 750-800 calories and the past 2 weeks I averaged less than 600 calories/day. This is good because I was following their directions for meals/snacks and amounts, but still feeling unsatisfied in the a.m. She told me as long as I finish within 30 minutes or less (my written instructions say 15 minutes) I can have more than I was originally told. Who needs to tell a fattiy twice to eat more?!!
Ms Prissy what channel is it on I have direct Tv and tried to watch last week and could not find it. I want to see it. If it is TLC I will have to find out the channel number. I have had a nice day going to a swimming place with Kat and the girls. It use to be called Overhill lake but now they call it Cobblestone Amusement Park. It is great around and in the pool is the same material that the toys in the play area at the mall is made of and it does not hurt to walk on or play on. Have a nice day.
Yes mam it is on TLC Im not sure of the # for direct Tv maybe someone else here would know. Direst tvwill betaking over my one soap opera Passions I think in Sept. dont know what Ill do I really enjoy the show but dont know if Ill still be able to get it on cable, hope someone will pst the channel for you so you can see it tonight.

Thank you and guess what I will be able to see it tonight it on channel 280 for me I went to Direct Tv.com and found out what channel and put it im my favorites and now I can check what I want to see more often. Here is what it is going to be. NBC Universal Television Studio and DIRECTV, the nation's leading satellite television provider, today announced that the NBC Universal-produced daytime drama Passions has found a new home on DIRECTV where the popular program will continue for a 9th season. Under the new agreement, NBC Universal Television Studio will produce brand-new episodes to air Monday-Thursday on DIRECTV's original programming channel, The 101.
The celebrated daytime drama, which currently averages 2 million viewers and enjoys an intensely dedicated fan base, will end its network run on NBC September 7 with a series of cliffhangers and will resurface on DIRECTV September 17, picking up where the series left off. The show will remain in its current time slot of 2 PM ET and DIRECTV will air encore marathons of the show each weekend. The majority of the cast and crew are expected to return when the one-hour series begins shooting the new DIRECTV episodes in August.
