Me and My Butt .. We Got Issues .. Ya think ?

I never ask why me .. but I am about ready to really break down and cry .. and most of you that know me .. know I am pretty strong .. but something has got to give ...  Here is why >>>>  Last night I ran a fever of 101 . I have been having pain in my lower butt cheek .. right side .. I called my PS today .., he told me to come in . Guess What .?.. My butt abscessed ... I now have a drain back in my butt cheek ... and it is spitting out all this terrible infection .. my husband said when he first opened it up .. it burst out like a dam breaking .. I knew something was wrong .. as my skin kept getting hot and I was feeling like pure crap .. no energy .. lethargic .. almost flu like . My PS said that the infection would cause this ..   I also have fluid in my left cheek , He aspirated it , but it is not infected .. says It will reabsorb ...   It has been 7 weeks .. and I am still having issues , Some may ask why .. Well I take prednisone daily for my adrenal insufficiency .. and it is preventing me from healing as fast as a person not on prednisone ..so I have to just wait .. This has been the longest healing I have ever had ..   Doc has me on Augmentin , Leviquine .. and he debreided my 3rd degree burn .. and I am now using Silverdine ointment .. Oh .. and back on the pain meds .. Thank God .. so ..   Hope you all have a great night .. I am off to beddie bye..  I really  try not to whine .. but today .. I WANT MY WHINE AND CHEESE .. Oh Nat Bless your heart!  I am so sorry that this has happened. I don't think you are whining.  It is so frustrating for you I am sure.  I wish you speedy healing and I am saying prayers for your body to kick into healing overdrive right now.   hugs

I do not think you are whining either.  I read the posts on here all the time and you have been through so much.  How blessed you are to be able to remain positive after everything you have faced.  I pray right now that God will send super natural healings your way, that he will remove the infection from you body and he will continue to bless you with the strength and patience you need so you may continue to be a blessing to others who look to you for answers and support here on the boards.  In his name I pray, Amen.  Expect to be feeling better real soon. Oh sweetie, I am so sorry that you are going through this.  Whine, cry , complain all you want. I am sending prayers that this will be the last of the troubles for you. When all this junk is over with you will have the best booty in the state. big hugs.

I have you in my thoughts and prayes Natalie no pone here but you now know the truemeaning of a pain in the A-- :) hope you get to feeling better real soon and when you do you will look back and say wow it was well worth it. Positive thoughts, whine an cry w/ ua all you want that's why we are here hugs....Hows Joann havent heard from her, is she still smokefree? 

Nat, I am so sorry that you are having a bad time of it with your plastic surgery.  Hopefully it will get better soon.

Sorry to hear you are still having problems. There is light at the end of the tunnel. I am trying to see it too so we can look for it together. Love and hugs Shannon
