Fredericksburg/Stafford Gastric Bypass Group Support Meeting Wednesday!

Fredericksburg/Stafford Gastric Bypass Group Support Meeting will be held on Wednesday 18^th July at  7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m at Fredericksburg-Stafford Activity Ctr,  60 Butler R, ,  Rm 3 or 4, Stafford/Fredericksburg,  VA 22405

 This will be a fun meeting while we discuss stretching yourself out of your comfort zone, share successes and help with challenges!  Come and share your experiences with others and get some ideas for the future.

 Additionally we still have some freebies from Fredericksburg Health and Sports club – so if you want some free passes for you and a friend to go and work out just let us know. And we also have some free protein samples for you all to take home! Some really delicious foods courtesy of the www.ishophere.biz folks from the Center for Weight Loss in Woodbridge !

 We want to discuss a future “Meet and Greet” event at this meeting too so bring your ideas of what would be a fun thing to do for WLS people in this area!

 This meeting is open to anyone who wants to know more about gastric bypass or considering the surgery and want to talk to people who have had it, to people who are scheduled for gastric bypass surgery and to people who have had the surgery and want to be among others who are the same. If you had the surgery some time ago and want to get back on track with encouragement -  then this meeting is for you! No negativity - only positive encouragement!  AND POSITIVELY NO SCALES HERE EVER!

 For those of you who have not attended any meetings for a while come to this one and see what fun they are and how much information you can gather! Make new friends and people to support you. We are all here to support one another! If you have problems then come along and discuss them at the meeting  - we are sure you will get help here! If you have success you want to share come along and share it with us! We would all be delighted to hear it!
