Medical alert suggestions

I know Ive ask before Im sure I have but I have a few newbies looking in to getting there bracelets and I cant find my list, so can you guys share the wording you have on your bracelets, I know No NSAIDS No NG Tube w/out scope any allergys your surgery date and Dr's name anything else to help them would be appriciated thanks.....

I just got one I ordered from MEDIDS.COM (I got the neck chain ID). I got the idea from another OH member who called it his "Please don't kill me if you find me unconsious" ID. On the front is engraved "NO NG TUBE WITHOU SCOPE - PATIENT HAS HAD ROUX-EN-Y GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY" and on the back is my surgeon's name and phone number along with other important medical information, ie. allergies, cardiac stints, etc. It was inexpensive and came in three days. Hi there- I got mine from Lauren's Hope (www.laurenshope.com). Most people don't realize it's a med. ID braclet it' so pretty (which is also why I wear it on my left wrist, which is the ones EMTs use to check for a pulse!).  I have on mine: RNY Gastric Bypass No Blind NG Tube No NSAIDS ICE: Name and cell phone number of husband ICE stands for In Case of Emergency and I'm told is a fairly common abbreviation. Also, I don't have any other allergies/concerns that should be listed. If I ever do I'll have to rethink what I have on there to fit things on the tag.
