Sneezing after surgery

Hi friends.. I have recently had an abdominoplasty and one of my fears after surgery was OMG what if i have to sneeze... Well I have a sister in law who is an RN and we were talking one day and I was telling her that I dreaded when I have to sneeze..She gave me a tip and it REALLY works. So for those who are getting ready for surgery or those who are newly postop this is what to do When you feel a sneeze coming on take your index finger and push up on the nose ...the skin between the two nostrils....until the feeling to sneeze is gone I asked her...what does that do She said, "It stops the reflex that is in that area of the nose that causes you to sneeze" Wow what a relief it has been not to have to worry about pulling something if i go to sneeze. IT WORKS..try it!! hugs
