ONEDERLAND Finally!!!

Hooray for you!What a great week you had--birthday, the twins b'day and now below 200.  I am 2 lbs out from 199 and just waiting for the scale to move the next time I am on it.

Thanks Jennifer.  It was a great week.  You are doing good yourself.  I am excited for everybody that makes changes in there live for the better. Just wait before the weeks out you will be 199 if not less then that.  Keep up the good work.

Congrats Mo on hitting Wonderland !!!!!!! I remember that I am still waiting to hit it again lol but Im struggleing but someday. You are doing great and I know how excited you are feeling. Keep it up whatever it is your doing dont loose sight of what your doing I think thats what has happened to me but Im trying very hard to get back on track. So any suggestions you have with what your doing please post for those of us struggleing we need to here what we are doing wrong. You Go Girl!!!!!!!!

Thanks Melinda,  you know as well as I know that this is no easy job. I just try to remain focused on my goals and that is to never be overweight again. So, I will do all that I have to do to maintain. Whatever the doctor want me to do. I am going to do it with no questions asked. I try to stay away from carbs all together and just do a lot of protein. If I do carbs I will do brown rice and whole grains. I do the 100 calories snacks and meals.  You will get back, I have faith in you...

Hey Mo! I know we haven't met yet, but I just loved reading your Monday morning post.  You are so bubbly & warm...that really comes across in your posts.  I very much look forward to getting to know you & all our fellow VA banders here. As for dipping below the big 2...WOW!!!!  I bet you jumped off that scale with a big grin, giggling, jumping around, hollering "I did it!! I did it!!"  Lord help us when I get there...good thing I live on a farm...nobody to scare but the cows & horses...LOL! You go girl!

Hey CW, Thanks a lot. Everybody here is so nice. I just love being on the VA board talking to everyone and sharing in everyones journey. I have a computer at home but I don't get on often because i have small children that does not allow me to log on that often. so, I do here at work.

Keep up the good work you will get there before you know it. It is not a easy road but it is sure worth it. Good talking to you hope to talk to more here on the VA Board TTYL... Mo
