Hi everyone!

It's Dawn! Just wanted to pop in and say hello and happy summer to everyone. I won't be able to make the FFP meeting on the 4th nor the Virginia Beach gathering on the 25th, so I wanted to give a little update on me: 76 pounds gone so far! I am still going to Curves three times a week and squeezing in extra cardio at the Y. My son's keeping me pretty busy this summer, so I am sure extra calories are burned doing that!  Soon I will post some before and after pics, including the horrible preop ones taken at the February FFP meeting where Donna made me tuck in my shirt! I still can't believe that was me! Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well and I promise to try and keep an updated profile! Chris sends his love!

Hey you what a beautiful rose but where is your smiling face? Glad to see your post and sorry we wont have you at the meet. But totally understand. Hope to see ya soon but Im gonna have a few busy months myself with this plastic surgery and my cruise birthday in there as well as yours coming up here in a few days : ) I wish I knew why my darn faces didnt work but anyway you know Im smiling w/ ya. Have a great few weeks and hope to see ya real soon hugs and tell Chris hello....  

Yes, this sure is a busy summer for everyone! I know you are anxious to get through your surgery. Enjoy yourself on that cruise! And Happy Birthday to us!  sugar-free, of course! I need to get a good pic taken of myself for my avatar...one of these days I'll get gussied up real good and snap one.  Jen, you are doing awesome, girl!!! Keep up the outstanding work.
