Sorry Gang I tried ...   I am asking that you bring before and after pictures please . This is always fun. Be prepared to introduce yourself and tell a little about where you started .. and where you are going in your journey .  Also , this is always a great place to do some clothes swapping . If any of you are willing to exchange some clothing you have outsized .. and share .. bring it with you .. and after dinner those that want to exchange can do so outside .. Is a great way to get rid of those clothes you no longer fit into .. and find new things that you can fit into .. Just a thought .. But count me out .. I am a size 2 .. all of my old stuff is long gone .. except for my fat jeans .. and those I will keep forever .                                       I will be arriving at the Cavalier Hotel on the Beach Front @ 9 am for some swimming in the Ocean . Feel free to come out and join , Lei, Wendy , Susan , Christine and myself for a day of Splash and Sun ... otherwise we will see you at 6 for Dinner . Alan and I are now staying at the Cavalier !!!! Awwww another get together I will sadley miss..I am actually going on a "ME" vacation back home for 10 days.So I won't be back till the 25th or 26th..whatever day I perfer to drive..I hope you all have a GREAT time...Take plenty of pics..
