Hey girl--welcome home!!  You have gotten so many wonderful ideas--protein, water, etc.  The only think that I would add to that is to begin taking short walks around your house.  I started walking 1/4 mile at two weeks out;  it was painful, but I think it helped get the weight off.  Within a short time, I was walking a mile, and actually liking it! As far as questioning your decision........I will be perfectly honest..............For the first 2 weeks I was sure that I had totally f......ed up!  I was miserable.  I hurt a lot, couldn't get in the right things, and told others that if I could go back, I would run away in the other direction!  After that, it really did get better every day.   Hope your pain gets less by the minute!

hey girl,

welcome home glad you doing okish......... i know how you feel if it were not for some pain meds i know i would not be able to get some sleep.. my insides hurt and i feel some chest pain ,... i mean its not excruitating or anything but when i eat some broth i can feel it or if i drink or even hickup i can feel it im hoping it will get better soon.. and i hope you feel better soon.... good luck girl hope to here from you shortly.
