TGIF, what are your plans

Well it's finally Friday!!!!  What are your plans for the weekend?

Tonight it is dinner with my future SIL, she is having some minor foot surgery today so we are going to spend some time with her tonight while she recoups.  Tomorrow a little bit of work is scheduled at my condo in the morning, hoping to finish up and get it on the market next week.  Then it is off to a 1st Bday party for one of my nephews (yeah lots of Auntie time with all my babies), tomorrow night is a retirement party for one of my sweeties coworkers (get to get dolled up and go dancing) and Sunday is work at my part time job as normal and then my bowling league.  Pretty busy weekend this weekend, hopefully there will be some relax time in there too.

So as you all are going about you day could you please say some extra prayers.  There are a lot of people here on the board that have a lot going on in their lives and need the love.  Also my sweetie found out that his dad's health is not all that good, there is a cancer reaccurance and things are looking pretty rough.  Please pray for us too.  Love you guys and hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

This weekend,well lets see..I have my goddaughter here from Ct for the week..She will be leaving sunday or monday depending on when her grandparents come back threw VA.We are taking the kids today to Busch Gardens.A first for all of us.I can't wait ,I'm hoping I fit on the rides..lol Saterday they are having a military app. day at this race track with all sorts of racing and fire works,so I believe we are going to that. Sunday will most likley be are resting day but who knows something else could pop up. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Will do, Court. It has been insane around here. I hope it slows down soon. As far as my weekend goes. I'm going on my first dates in forever starting today. I'm meeting someone for lunch. I'll go to a meeting tonight and I'll probably need it, haha. I'm meeting another guy on Saturday for Coffee and Dinner, I think we're going to great friends for sure. I plan to go to the gym someone in there as well and I'll probably spend a good chunk of the day at the beach on Sunday. There is a 3rd guy that I may take up an offer on for Sunday, hehehe. This dating thing is like a 3rd job for me, hahaha! We'll see how it goes. Wish me luck!

Wow 2 maybe 3 dates in one weekend.  You go girl!  You don't need luck girl, you are beautiful and amazing and the right guy is out there for you, you just haven't crossed paths yet.  Enjoy the dates and have a lot of fun.

Good am beautiful! Sounds like your weekend is jam packed with activities. I sure hope you find a few moments for yourself even if its bout 5-10. I truly know how important that is anymore. Buggas galore today, errands to get done, pool time, possible movie time, dinner out at some point, park time and hopefully I'll have some things in the mail FINALLY! LOL! Lots of busy stuff for everyone it seems.  Thanks for your love, support & friendship. 

Goodness, Courtney!!!  And so you'll be sleeping......when? LOL As for me, I haven't got a bloody thing planned!  I just sent Mike off to the farm, hopefully for the whole weekend, but I suspect he'll be home sometime tomorrow.  He said something about cleaning out the horse stalls & barn. I guess I should explain the comment about going to "the farm."  We are civil war reenactors & have been for 20+ years.  The past 5 years we have been portraying cavalry, thus the horses.  "The farm" belongs to our friend, Dennis, & he lives in Culpeper...a little over an hour's drive from our house.  Besides being our friend, Dennis is also our company commander, farrier, horse trainer & all around good egg.  He lives in his horse trailer with his girlfriend, Tina, on his Dad's 1200 acre beef & dairy farm.  So when we aren't at a civil war event, we can be found at Dennis' farm, aka The farm.  Mike has this 5-year plan that we will sell our place, he'll quit his day job & we'll get a big horse trailer like Dennis's & move to the farm also.  Works for me as long as we're together. Anyway, I'm still working on party plans for our anniversary bash.  I finished decorating all 45 horseshoes (they will be take home gifts for our guests).  So now I need to bake 11 horseshoe-shaped cakes.  Instead of doing a traditional tiered wedding cake, I'm making a cake for each table.  Should cut down on waste & actually comes out more economical.  Other than that, I see lots of movies in my future...lol. Hope all your plans turn out as wonderful as you are.

You mean I am supposed to sleep too.  Man I knew I was missing something.  Sounds like your weekend will be nice and relaxing.  Enjoy every minute of it. Your party plans sound fantastic.  Very creative lady you are.  You will have a wonderful celebration.

A wonderful celebration?  Gosh, I sure hope so.  With only 18 days left to go I'm starting to go into my PANIC mode.  I need 3 motel rooms for out-of-town guests & just found out that every room in town is booked & has been for a year!!!  Retired policemen have taken over the town.  Now I'm hoping we can get on a list...I refuse to believe that every single cop is gonna show.  Oh please let a couple cancel out  (is that mean?). Anyways, big hugs to ya!!!!!
