Panniculectomony Scheduled

Well the surgery is scheduled for  Wed. the 8th not sure the time they will call me Tuesday  I pray it is early am after the experience in that surgiacal waiting room this past week w/ a Gastric bypass patient bless her heart she was there forever. But anyway Im headed in and Ill let ya know what time Tues eve. So anything I need to buy ahead of time please let me know so I can get it now to have on hand to help w/ healing and or need to have. Thanks....

CONGRATS, GIRLY!  I have no advice for you since I haven't been through it.  We'll all be thinking of you and praying for the best!

Who's doing that surgery?

Dr Morgan @ UVA I here Dr Lin is awsome there but Morgan is who did my breast reduction and I went in for a revisionon them and this is what we are doing now Im not totally happy w/ him but he is mice and has tried to makeme fell comfortable and has been understanding just have to remember this is a teaching hospital and I have told him that I expect better results this time so Im praying. But I have spoke w/ a young lady there who had her breast done and she has NO scaring at all on her breast reduction, I cant say that but mine ist bad either but id like it to be better lol : ). 

Will be thinking and praying about you Melinda.  Haven't had plastics so I can't give any advice.

I'm going for my initial consult next week on 8/9/07 and psych eval on 8/14/07 (as long as I am considered a good candidate for surgery after the 8/9 visit). I've been trying to catch up with Nancy,  too. I wanted to come to H'burg today but ended up working. I hope our paths will cross soon.
