Good luck Melinda! I am sure you will feel better to have that huge amount of skin etc removed from around your stomach. I get my lower body lift on the 10th September so I am nervous too.  I feel really good about my surgeon  - but I am wondering why you are going to a surgeon that you are not 100% happy with?

They really have perfected techniques nowadays so I am praying that you will have an outcome that you are happy with...

Hi Melinda Good luck with your upcoming surgery.  Just a couple of things that pop into my head right now.  You may want to get a wedge pillow..it sure helps me when i sleep at night.  Also make sure you drink  alot and eat like you should to ward off any dehydration.  Also, if you are prone to your butt hurting after sitting a while,   a donut cushion really helps.  I had one and it was a major comfort for me.  Again best wishes and I will be waiting to hear how you are doing. hugs
