I'm sitting here licking my lips like a cat licks its whiskers! I just finished my afternoon snack of fage yogurt with SF strawberry preserves, real strawberries and Splenda. I think it was some posters on this forum last week that raved about it -- they were right! I could have sworn I was eating whipped cream. I must confess I actually ran my finger around the inside of the bowl to get the last bits! Thank you OH VA friends!

Where store did you find it in? It sounds yummy. I put a scoop of Cookies N Cream protein powder in 1 cup of FF Cool Whip. I put a tablespoon of it on top of blueberries.

Trader Joe's. Farm Fresh had Fage, too, but not the 0 fat kind. Hopefully they were just out because I bet TJ's is more expensive! I forgot to buy the FF Cool Whip but want to try that, too. Maybe our VA Beach meet and greet should include food swap in addition to clothes swap! My fridge is all NF milk and LF cheeses and yogurts!

Fage is a greek style yogurt, thicker, creamier. 4 oz NF is 60 cal, 10 g protein, 5 g carb (o fat). I'm going to have trouble staying away from it!

Harris Tetter sells it too, alot of varities. It is very good, but expensive.

I don't know if I found the wrong kind of Fage, but what I found at Harris Teeter was fairly high in sugar. It is also very expensive, buts its all the rage on here! Haha. I think I'll just stick with my Kroger Carb Controlled Yogurt, its the best tasting yogurt I've ever eaten, 80 cals, 1.5 fat, 3 sugar, and 12 Protein. Love it!

You may have looked at the Fage with honey or Fage made with 2% milk. What I bought only had 5 g carb (don't remember how many of those carb grams were sugar).
