How Will You Move Today????
Trying to decide whether I need to go to the gym again today after yesterday's strength training and cardio. After work I have floors to scrub and vacuuming and dusting to do (I can really put some muscle into the dusting as it's been way tooooo long since done the last time!) and trim the back yard grass. I know I'll be sweating!
I have already moved lol!! I went to the gym at 5.45am and worked out until 7.30 doing cardio and weight training - and I did the same yesterday too - I have been on vacation for a week so I missed all the stuff I do at the gym....
Later I will do my turbo jam tapes if I get some more time and also my swimmimg lesson this evening usually leave we feeling like I had a real workout lol!!
I also meant to let you know I am going to use Dr Kreiger on the 10th September for my lower body lift and maybe get my boobs and arms done in December - I thought I would like new boobs for Christmas lol!!

I'm jealous!!!! But, you willhave to tell me how things go since I'm right behind you.
I won't get new boobs (if at all****il next year. But, that's ok. That will give me a year to decide if I really want them or not. Since starting running, I'm not sure if I really want them or not. Which is kinda funny since that was ALL that I wanted.

I've been to the gym 3 of the last 4 days so I might take a break, I'm afraid to end up with Popeye Calves, haha! I'm in love with the elliptical machines. They are my new best friends. I don't know what I'll do today. I've got some hand weights at home, maybe I'll just work with those for a bit and do alot of situp/crunches. I really just need to spend some time on my upper/mid body. NO LEGS.
Any suggestions???
