How Will You Move Today????

UGH!  Another hot day is on the horizon.  But....don't let it turn you into a slug!  Get moving and do something positive for yourself. There are plenty of things you can do inside to move around - turn on your favorite music and get down and boogie!  I heard yesterday that Kirsty Ally dances in her living room for 2 hours every day.  Now....I'm not suggesting that you do that, but it sure beats sitting around. Or, dig out one of those fitness dvds we all seem to have stashed away.  If you don't have one....rent one!  Or even better....if you have Cox Cable or cable on demand, check it out as they have added free fitness workouts that you can do.  Turbo Jam is on it, Leslie Sansone and a few others for every fitness level.  Toning, Stretching and Cardio.  Check it out! Make sure that you stay hydrated.  That is a MUST!!!!!! So...what are you doing today????  Me?  Well, I'm doing a 5K run in the morning (tomorrow) so tonight I will just stretch.  And yes....I did 3.5 miles yesterday to make up for being such a slug the day before. Enjoy the day!

Well I did not get to the gym this morning as my son had a rough night so I was just too tired.... so later this afternoon I will be trotting off there for my workout.... I want to work my abs a lot as I am going for surgery in September and I want to be as toned as I can for it... Other than that I feel kind of lazy today having not gone to the gym.... Jackie
