Update***
I received in the mail yesterday a packet from Dr. Northup- Apparently my Vitamin D and Calcium are low and I'm anemic. I will pick up what he suggested to get at the store today. He gave me a prescription for it, but if I can get it at the store- then why not? I'm just about to hand in my menu for Dr. Bender and then he will turn in his paper work saying that he approves me. Then all I have left is my regular Dr appointments with my PCP so he can monitor my diet...and then we should be able to submit the paperwork for approval!! We are getting closer and closer!! I'm hoping for a surgery date for about early to mid December!! Cross your fingers for me!!

If the Dr. gave you a prescription, please get that. It's probably a super-strength version of what you can get OTC...which if you're low he's probably trying to bring it up quickly.

Sounds like you are well on your way for things Lori. I do agree with Christina about the perscription so think about it. A new healthy you for Christmas would be great. Keep us updated.
