Thank you so much for the warm welcome. Everyone here has been so friendly and helpful when I have posted questions on other boards and things. Im excited to share the journey with you!
Right now I am at the stage of YES I am going to do this.
I am scheduling the tests, working with the nutritionist and getting my PCP's support. I have found a surgeon (who did two friends of min WLS). and visited his PA and Dietician. Im reading all I can good bad and ugly. I've even started trying protien drinks.. I used to run, so I'm a bit of a freak like that and I like trying the different health stuff. Although, from what i read I shouldn't be too anxiouis as I will have *Plent* of time to bond with them
Would love to hear any advice, pros and cons you have about WLS. Experiencing anything at 1, 2, 3 or 4 years out? I've read about gallstones and regaining of the weight. However, I am a firm believer that it is a tool and if I work the tool it will work for me.
Ok, I could ramble on for ages......Back to work.. (so over rated!) Amanda

Thanks Tego
