Hi Jen, Thanks..I met one of the doctors yesterday at the Bariatric class. He was really nice. All the staff were really nice.  I am in the process of doing my 6 months of weight documenting. It seems like such a long time. Did your time go by fast?

yup it sure did. I was able to change some behaviors so it wasn't as hard s cold turkey post op. Learn all you can about the surgery and process, stay positive and you will do fine.

We talked about CHANGE today...I really liked the nutrition class. I love to talk so I liked how we could participate...:) I am so ready!!!

Hi, i think i remember you.  glade to see you again. i went to the nutrition class today..i was pretty good. and the people are very friendly....I LOVE IT!!
