This may offer you a chance to see how others with in our group eat .. and manage their daily requirements . I know for me , early out I looked at all the long term post ops to see what they where eating to give me hope .. and I looked at people with in my own group to get new ideas .. keeping my choices fresh
.. my meals fun .. remember you must keep your meals fun ,, enjoyable and good for you .. they do not have to be bland .. sad .. dull meals ..
So .. let us see your plan for the day .. your dinner menu .

many views .. not many posters .. maybe they are all too tired from the Sunday activites ..
Well .. any hoo ... Here is my day ..
Breakfast - Fage Yogurt mixed with SF Bannana Cream Pie Pudding Mix .. and Trader Joes granola .
Snack - Nectar Protein - Lemon Tea .. suppliments
Handfulls of Pistacios ..
Lunch - Cheese and Crackers .. more yogurt .. and more pistachios ... and some Harvest Crisps .
Dinner - Cup of Maryland Crab Soup . Fried Oyster Dinner - with Onion Rings and House Salad .. yepper I eat fried food .. and I pay for it .. but it is a treat for me once in a while .. I do not hide it or deny it .. I am a southerner .. tried and true .. just some things a girl cannot live with out ..
.... and I have left overs for tommorow ... yummm OOOOO
Now .. drinking another Nectar shake .. and more pistacios ..
I am trying to gain weight yall .. so no
