Sporty Jill has been so good about posting " How will you move today ? " Let's get one started  called " HOW WILL YOU EAT TODAY "  This may offer you a chance to see how others with in our group eat .. and manage their daily requirements . I know for me , early out I looked at all the long term post ops to see what they where eating to give me hope .. and I looked at people with in my own group to get new ideas .. keeping my choices fresh

.. my meals fun .. remember you must keep your meals fun ,, enjoyable and good for you .. they do  not have to be bland .. sad .. dull meals .. 

So .. let us see your plan for the day ..

your dinner menu .  And if you want to share some hints or pointers .. send them our way . I will be starting soon a gathering of reciepes for our cookbook , so get those good for you eats ready to display ..  So .. HOW WILL YOU EAT TODAY ?

I had 2 blenderized hard boiled eggs with a little bit of mustard and fat free mayo for breakfast, kind of tastes like deviled eggs that way.  As for the rest of the day I dont know, probably some cottage cheese, yogurt, and some SF popsicles to help get my fluids and protein in!

Leo and I took a road trip to Petersburg today so I planned accordingly. Breakfast at home: coffee and a protein shake. I made the shake with Orange Crystal Lite and a scoop of Vanilla Unjury powder.  water, water,and a lot more  water for the road lunch I had 1/2 of a small Wendy's chili prunes for a snack We just got home and are cooking on the grill. Dinner will be a itty bitty hamburger---no bun. Some roasted onion & tomato probably another protein shake before bed

Yummm O for you .. I love Wendies Chili ...  OK ... well this post went over like a good .... many views .. not many posters ..  maybe they are all too tired from the Sunday activites ..  Well .. any hoo ... Here is my day ..  Breakfast - Fage Yogurt mixed with SF Bannana Cream Pie Pudding Mix .. and Trader Joes granola .  Snack - Nectar Protein - Lemon Tea .. suppliments  Handfulls of Pistacios ..  Lunch - Cheese and Crackers .. more yogurt .. and more pistachios ... and some Harvest Crisps .  Dinner - Cup of Maryland Crab Soup . Fried Oyster Dinner - with Onion Rings and House Salad .. yepper I eat fried food .. and I pay for it .. but it is a treat for me once in a while .. I do not hide it or deny it .. I am a southerner .. tried and true .. just some things a girl cannot live with out ..  .... and I have left overs for tommorow ... yummm OOOOO  Now .. drinking another Nectar shake .. and more pistacios ..  I am trying to gain weight yall .. so no Off to bed I guess ...  Tink

Breafast- Jimmy Deans English Muffin w/cheese/turkey sausage but took off the egg white. Discovered them in the frozen food dept. Pretty tasty!!!!!!!!!! Lunch- Jr Bacon cheeseburger w/out bun from Wendy's Dinner- crabcake and vegetable medley (Bonefish Grill) Snack- almonds

Great idea!  Accountability and motivation! Ok...here goes: MONDAY: Wake up - Protein Delite Coconut Almond shake made with 1/2 cup of Micellar Milk Breakfast - 1 hard boiled egg and 1 Oh Yeah Protein stick Morning Snack - 1 Oh Yeah Protein stick, 1 tbsp Granola Lunch - Med Chef Salad.  I ate all of the meat, egg and cheese and about 1/2 of the lettuce, and tomato Afternoon Snack - Kraft Triscuit and Cheese To Go kit and 1/2 Mucle Milk Protein Pudding cup Dinner - 1/2 Boston Market Chicken Breast, about 2 Tbsp of Creamed Spinach and about 3 Tbsp Green Beans Before Bed - Protein Delite Shake made with 1/2 cup of Micellar Milk I'm a bit bloated, so my goal is to back off of the carbs a bit.  No weight gain, just feel poofy is all. Oh and approx 135 grams of protein.  I haven't logged it into fitday yet, but it looks like  about right.
