Yeah yeah - I knowwwwwwwwwww I haven't givin the info in terms of actual specifics yet - but I am back on the WLS wagon peeps - and trying to lassoo this monster of a conference! Here is what we do know - so in terms of planning you have something to go by: January 4, 2008 check-in at crowne plaza williamsburg at ft. Magruder room rate for tonight: $69.00 (single or double - add $10 each thereafter) conference fee: estimated $75.00 per person - covers dinner buffet Friday night and breakfast Saturday, plus add'l conference related stuff like decorations, etc) Saturday - January 5, 2008 leave crowne plaza and check-in at great wolf lodge williamsburg rate: $169.00 plus tax - on own all meals at gwl ************************************* Here's why I need a pseudo "head count" now - I have to put an "up front non-refundable deposit" of about 500.00 down. If I can't count on at least 50 people attending, I need to re-consider doing this... Please please please ..... Well considering my "new" house is about 3 miles from both hotels. My answer is "yes" I'm coming. Count on 2. Me and my boyfriend. Boyfriend will do do evening activities only.

I am going to be there no matter what ... I for one have had many call me and email .... asking why we cannot have it in Richmond .. I guess it depends on how many respond to David .. and if everyone will speak up on what they want . I just want to be with my WLS family .. Miss you my Tigger ...

Tink, the GWL, can our kids be included? Or just adults? And how do we regisitar? Do we call GWL and tell them who we are with? I have never done this. As for Williamsburg, I don't need a room cuz I just live at the beach. But would love to attend the conference.
