How Will You Move Today???

Hi Everyone.... Sorry this is late.  I am in Ohio attending training for work, so, bare with me. Ok....I started to workout today and my Ipod was dead.  Of course, I forgot my charger so I had to go to Best Buy to get a new one.  10 minutes there, and 45 minutes back - I GOT LOST!!!!

So, by the time I got back here, it was 800 I hadn't eaten since lunch and thought I was going to pass out.  So...I attempted and that was as far as I got.  TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY!!!! So...how about you?  What did you do today?

HI Jill You sure had a busy day.  Sorry you got lost.  But as my grandfather used to say, " As long as you are on a road you aren't lost".  hehe.  Glad you finally got something to eat.  Bless your heart. today is a new day and hope it is a better one for you As for me, I did exercise yesterday morning for 21 minutes..would have gone the whole 30 but i didn't think i should attempt floor exercises with that exercise program, "Start It Up" As for today..I am doing the same thing.  Gonna attempt to stick with this one program for 6 weeks and then start on another to change it up a bit.  I am having to start slow and work myself up ..and not because I don't have the strength or stamina..it's because I am still so swollen in my belly around my belly button and still have some soreness and tenderness around that area. However, I am moving again!! woohoo hugs

Once again I am grounded . Went to the PCP yesterday and he thinks that I have torn my muscles in my shoulder . I am on 4 different muscle  meds .. and no exercise for me until I get healed ..  This is so frustrating ... My lower body is ready to go , but I cannot do anything that would set me back ...  So think of me while you are working out ...  For those that are new to exercise .. OMG ... I moved to loose .. and I lost it all with the help of my good foods and diet .. it is so worth it ..  Take care .. Talk to you soon .  Nat

I'm gonna try and ride my bike! How far I go depends on how much my butt hurts from the seat. Working the upper body very gently as I have neck issues. And I'll walk the boards tonight.

Not released yet for full body exercising so...exercising right knee and hand weights for some arm exercises at home.

How is the knee feeling? I'm really working on my arms too. Just some 5 pounders to help tone--I don't want batwings!
