Do not answer this poll until tonight . But I want you to really look at what you are eating today .  Make sure you are meeting your surgeons requirements for all nutritional needs .  PROTEIN  WATER  GOOD CARBS                                                                  VEGGIES  Then when you get the chance .. let's see how well we did .  I am off to make my Fage .. and Granola ... and start my suppliments .. Breakfast - Nectar Protein Drink - Suppliments  Fage Yogurt with Strawberry Fruit Spread - Splenda  Granola  Lunch - Turkey Spagetti - Salad 1./2 cup each Iced - Lite Latte from DD .. Large  Dinner -  Baked Teryoki Pork Tenderloin with Baked Pineapple  Cheesy Potatoes - Made with 2 % cheese and Butter ( Yogurt Butter )  Salad - Tomatoes - Cuckes and Lettuce ..  About a cup of Pistachios ..  Cheese and Crackers for snack .  Prunes .. 4 total  I will have more Nectar before I go to bed .. more suppliments ..  Water .. almost 80 oz so far .. Did not count the Latte >>>>  Snack before bed may be popcorn ... OK .. how did you do > ?

protein shake and coffee for breakfast lunch was shrimp dinner was beans and ground turkey with ff sour cream, tomatoes homemade guacamole snack was terriable.....5 torilla chips and salsa all my vits and sups. 40 oz h2o geez that sucked today

Hey There - Now remember....I'm on travel (ugh!) I started out the day with a Matrix Chocolate shake made with 1/2 cup of Micellar Milk, 1/4 cup water and 6 frozen cherries. Breakfast was 3 oz of low fat cottage cheese and 3 med/large strawberries sliced Morning snack - 1 Oh Yeah Protein Stick (chocolate) Lunch - 3/4 of a WW Chicken and broccoli entree and a small plum Afternoon Snack - 1 Oh Yeah Protein Stick Pre Workout - 1 tsp of Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter and approx 4 pcs of NUT*rition Planters Energy Mix (basically, peanuts, soy nuts, sesame sticks, walnuts and almonds). Dinner - 1/2 of Boston Market Chicken Breast, approx 1/4 cup of green beans, and 2 tbsp of creamed spinach (all left over from yesterday) Evening Snack - 1 SF Carmel Nips, approx 1/2 oz of Beef Jerky Nuggets, 1 tsp of Cinamon Raisin Peanut Butter, approx 8 pcs of NUT*rition Planters Energy Mix (ut-oh...see a grazing pattern here - had to step away from the mini fridge). Bedtime - 1 Protein Delite Chocolate Coconut shake made with 1/2 cup of Mice milk and 1/4 cup of water with lots of ice. I've had 5  - 6oz bottles of water today,too!  Guess I'll be up all night My estimates are about 135+ grams of protein for the day.  (I really need to log in to fitday.com).
