This is normal . Your body is taking a break from all that it has been through . It is not a plateau . Do not confuse the 2. A platuea last from 2 to 6 weeks and normally occurs later on in your journey .  Trust me when I tell you that the weightloss will restart .  Remember also, that your body will become used to the exercise routine that you do .. and this too can delay your weightloss . Your body needs variety ...  Congrats on getting your surgery ...and best wishes for a great journey !  Tink

Like Natalie said, completely normal as your body adjust to the changes it is going through.  I always found that when I seemed to "stall" I lost inches instead of lbs.  Check your measurements if you can or just eyeball your clothes and see if they are fitting differently,

You are way too early out to be having a stall - this is just your body's way of catching up with itself and once it does your weight loss will continue - I always used to find that every 4-6 weeks I would have a couple of week s or so when I did not lose anything and as frustrating as it was - I always lost again. Try to relax and enjoy the better way your clothes are starting to fit, up your exercise and water intake and just wait until the scales move  - also resist the urge to weigh evey day as you will drive your self crazy! Good luck Jackie
