Congratulations!!!!!! I can honestly say that nothing taste as good as losing weight feels. It is an amazing thing to see the weight come off and wonder where it went. You are doing amazing and as Tink said, it's only going to get better. It is so hard for me to believe that a little over a year ago I was wearing 28-30's. I am now wearing 11/12 and some 14's depending on how it fits. I still have the "fat mentality and if I don't try clothes on at the store....I always get them too big. You just keep up the good work and the weight will continue to fall off. Slowly but surely you will emerge being that person you only dreamed of a year ago. Always, Kathy
