Thanks for all the nice welcomes :) My energy level is much better- I don't NEED a nap now. I am still tired easily after doing just housework- but being as heavy as 408 that happens- I am sure there will be major improvement in that area as I heal and loose weight. I need to change my signature- I have lost 22 lbs! Dolly

Welcome, Dolly. Dr. Moore & Spencer did my surgery as well. Aren't they the best??? Love it. There are quite a few Hampton Roader's on here and we get together at least monthly, keep an eye out for the HR posts. Congrats on your loss so far, it only gets better.
